Location: Remote (US timezone: GMT+5 to GMT+8 time zone)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 + Stock Options

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Rust Developer to join our fast-growing team. This role will focus on enhancing and expanding our single-platform tool. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a remote work environment, is comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a growing startup, and is located within the US timezone.

Responsibilities:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Rust code to enhance our observability tool.

Work with the OpenObserve team to design and implement new features and services.

Provide technical guidance and insight to team members and stakeholders.

Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.

Develop comprehensive testing suites to ensure the reliability and consistency of our software.

Collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize project components.
